Wallpaper launches

Planning to refresh your interiors this year? From dainty florals, timeless checks and stripes, to archival prints and historic patterns, we’ve rounded up some of our favourite wallpaper and mural ideas to inspire your renovation.

Whether you’re looking to create a calming bedroom design or want to add visual interest to your kitchen or bathroom, here are 10 wallpaper ideas to keep on your radar…

1. Rooted in history

To celebrate its 150th anniversary, Liberty has looked to its iconic past for a new chapter of The House of Liberty. The standalone wallpaper collection draws inspiration from its archive, reinterpreting original artworks and furnishings from the design house’s history and defining eras – Arts Club (1860-1875), Town House (1875-1910), and Painter’s House (1960-1980).

The range portrays artistic landscapes, blossoming trails, and ditsy florals, balanced by elegant geometrics, painted in Liberty’s iconic colour palette of terracotta reds, rich, deep purples, and nostalgic neutrals, ideal for bringing visual interest to any space.

2. Biophilic beauty

Little Greene’s sixth wallpaper collection in collaboration with the National Trust, titled ‘In the Garden’, comprises eight designs drawing on the important relationship between interior design and the outdoors.

The charming patterns highlight the beauty found at the gardens and grounds in the National Trust’s care, with each print coordinating with Little Greene’s paint shades to make decorating your home easy and effortless. So, if you’ve been looking to bring a touch of nature in this year, take this as your sign to adorn your walls with playful prints in earthy colourways.

The collection launches on 19 January, with prices starting from £122 per roll.

3. Swedish wallpaper art

If you love Scandinavian design, you’ll be pleased to know that in March 2026, Sandberg Wallpaper is launching the Sandberg Heritage collection, which celebrates five decades of Swedish wallpaper craftsmanship.

To mark the occasion, the brand has revisited its archive, reinterpreting some of its classic prints for contemporary homeowners. Picture forest-inspired murals, timeless plaids, dainty flora and fauna, and elegant stripes, in both rich and muted colourways, so you are set to find a print to match your makeover.

4. Coastal elegance

Ophelia’s Tide is Divine Savages’ latest wallpaper launch, inspired by the romance of the sea and the delicate charm of antique lacework. Printed on fibrous, textured paper, the elegant design portrays soft botanical shapes, ornamental shells, and oceanic motifs.

Equally chic in kitchens, bedrooms, and bathrooms, the wallpaper print is available in five sea-inspired shades (blue Aegean, sepia-like Driftwood, soft blue and ivory Marine, sage Samphire, and blush Shrimp).

6. Wondrous walls

Graham & Brown’s Design of the Year 2026 reimagines ancient embroidery with a modern, maximalist twist. Titled Eternal Weave, it displays exotic birds, blooming florals, and nature’s creatures in dark jewel tones such as ruby, sapphire, and emerald. The latter colourway mixes olive, teal, and chartreuse tones with gold shimmer-like threads.

This design feels at home in tucked-away offices and cosy libraries, bar zones, moody bedrooms, and even cloakrooms.

7. Apothecary-inspired patterns

Margate-based interior designer Claire Templer has unveiled her debut wallpaper collection, called Apothecary, following a three-year journey of researching, pressing locally-collected plants, and carefully studying their textures, colours, and structures.

Comprised of five signature designs, the wallpapers present botanical motifs seen in nature, folklore, and the English apothecary tradition, in various colourways named after flora varieties and superstitions connected to each plant. The eye-catching prints are versatile, working just as well in a statement entryway as in a kitchen, bedroom or bathroom, suiting a range of schemes, from classic, modern organic, to country.

10. Tactile wallpaper

Texture is one of the biggest trends for 2026, and I Love Wallpaper’s latest launch may be just what you need to embrace this look in your own home. Crushed Silk and Decadence are reminiscent of rich textures and luxurious finishes. The former has a fabric-like appearance, replicating the look and feel of draped silk, thanks to gentle raised folds, giving it a dynamic look. Meanwhile, the latter is embellished with undulating pattern and woven glitter.

Both prints are available in warm neutral mocha, muted grey, and alluring duck egg hues, suited to the contemporary decorator looking to bring a dash of opulence to their interiors this year.
