Perfect for bubble baths and lush rituals, the latest tubs are made for unwinding. All you’re missing is some aromatherapy and you’re in for a luxurious, recharging evening…
If you are in the market for a new bath, you’re in the right place. From state-of-the-art painted solutions, sculptural tubs, to showstopping marble, we’ve rounded up five of our favourite designs. Let’s dive in…
Fluid sculptures
Roca’s nature-inspired Ohtake collection has been enriched with three new pieces, designed by architect Rodrigo Ohtake. Staying true to the range’s organic fluidity, two sculptural basins and a Japanese-inspired tub fuse nature with architectural shapes.

The basins are inspired by the graceful form of the calla lily plant, while the showstopping, compact Stonex bath echoes traditional Japanese Ofuro bathtubs, with an integrated seat and optional accessories. It’s worth noting that each design was first created as a hand-sculpted model before eventually moving into production.
They’re all made from Roca’s Fineceramic material, which can be formed into thin-walled, light structures that are, nonetheless, incredibly strong.
Amped up
Building on the success of the sculptural Newton bath, Drummonds has launched two new cast iron designs, the Stour and the Dee. The Newton blends the durability of cast iron with a softer elegance of mid-century Scandi forms, its signature bun feet stealing the show.
The Stour does exactly the same, only with a more enveloping shape and bigger size, perfect for a family bathroom or master suite. As with all Drummonds baths, the new additions are cast in hand-poured molten iron, and then enamelled using a special technique for extra durability.

Marble moment
Waterworks‘ Centuria is a reinterpretation of the brand’s Empire tub, sculpted from a selection of seven solid Italian stones. This statement bath requires over 200 hours of expert craftsmanship to complete. Defined by a curved rim and luminous hand-polished finish, it is the epitome of luxury.

Luxurious baths
Freestanding baths aren’t going out of fashion just yet, and BC Designs’ newest launch proves why. Added to the brand’s Cian solid surface collection, the Westmere bath is cast from the brand’s signature Cian material, delivering a smooth, high-gloss surface that’s durable, non-porous, and easy to maintain.
At 180cm in length and 85.5cm in width, the Westmere offers a deep, indulgent bathing experience. Its double-ended, curved design providing comfort from every angle. It can also be specified in BC Designs’ Colourkast finishes or painted externally to colour-match any interior palette. Or, you can have it in a standard polished white finish.

Painterly soaks
How about bathing in an… impressionist tub? Fired Earth’s latest collaboration with British artist Frances Costelloe fuses art with craftsmanship via the launch of a limited-edition, freestanding bath. A charming bearded iris leaf-to-leaf pattern repeat, hand-painted by Frances herself, has turned Fired Earth’s Florence tub into an instant focal point.
Drawing from a palette of 12 colours from the Fired Earth paint collection (including Blue Ashes, Taos House, and Weld Yellow), Frances created a delicate design, inspired by her training as a garden designer, as well as the William Morris Gallery, the Islamic design, and Van Gogh’s paintings.
